Product Description

This Petroleum Product Kinematic Viscosity Tester is designed and made as per the industrial standard of People's Republic of China SY/T5651 Technical Condition of Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity Tester. It is suitable to determine kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newtonian liquids) at a constant temperature as per the stipulation in the national standard of People's Republic of China GB/T265 Petroleum products-Determination of kinematic viscosity and calculation of dynamic viscosity.

Main Technical Features

1. This Kinematic Viscometer adopts LCD temperature controller,having features of rapid temperature control,fast response,small overshoot.The temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.1ºC.
2. This Petroleum Product Kinematic Viscosity Measuring Instrument adopts hard glass bath and heat preservation shell(double shell structure).The heat preservation property is good. Easy to observe the sample.
3. The Petroleum Product Kinematic Viscosity Meter adopts desktop and all-in-one design.The integrality is good.Convenient to operate.
4.This Kinematic Viscometer adopts electric stirring device.The temperature in water bath is uniform.

Product Advantages

1. Hard glass cylinder and insulation jacket cylinder (called double cylinder) are adopted, which have good thermal insulation and explosion-proof performance, which is both safe and the specimen is clearly observed.

2. The constant temperature bath cover is made of special corrosion-resistant, high-temperature and anti-deformation materials to ensure the durability of the equipment and extend the service life.

3. This Kinematic Viscometer has a metal timing button, which is convenient for the timing and control of the test.

4. The glass cylinder has a built-in electric stirring device and a special 304 stainless steel deflector design, so that the bath liquid is evenly stirred, the liquid level fluctuation is small, and the temperature in the bathtub is uniform.

5. The use of high-precision liquid crystal temperature controller and sensor, accurate temperature control, fast temperature rise, and accuracy of ±0.1°C.

6. The designed capillary viscometer clamp is easy to load and unload, and stable when used; it can measure four capillary viscometers at the same time.

7. The bottom of the glass cylinder is equipped with LED lighting strips to irradiate the capillary tubes to make the engraved lines clear and easy to observe during the test.

8. Optional Ping's capillary, Canfen's counterflow capillary, and Wu's capillary accessory package for kinematic viscosity testing; Portable chiller ZL-1 can also be optionally used to reduce the bath temperature and conduct 20°C experiments.
