Product Description

This Cleveland Open Cup Flash Point Tester is designed and made as per GB/T3536-2008 Petroleum Products - Determination of Flash and Fire Points - Cleveland open cup method and ASTM D 92 Standard Test Method for Flash and Fire Points by Cleveland Open Cup Tester.The Open Cup Flash Point Testing Machine is applicable to all petroleum products with flash points above 79ºC and below 400ºC.

Product Advantages

1. Adopt microcontroller control technology, LCD screen display; Chinese human-machine dialogue interface, easy to operate.

2. The LCD screen sets the experimental parameters and displays the specimen temperature in real time; when the flash point appears, press the record button to display and save the flash point value.

3. High-precision sensors are used to capture the flash point value, and the system automatically records it; it eliminates the data deviation caused by manual observation and makes the data more accurate and reliable.

4. Novel design and compact structure; Users only need to match gas or other civil combustible gas to carry out the test, which is easy to use and the test results are accurate.

5. With fast cooling function, this Flash Point Tester can improve the efficiency of the test.

Main Technical Specifications

1.Temperature control: Single chip microcomputer.The heating rate can meet requirements of standards GB/T 3536-2008 and ASTM D92.
2.Temperature display: LCD shows temperature parameters. The display range is 0ºC~400ºC, display accuracy is 0.1ºC.
3.Flash point detecting device: It applies the test flame automatically.
4.Temperature sensor: RTD, PT100
5.Igniting device: (1) Ignition source: coal gas (or civil gas)
(2) Flame diameter is 3.2mm~4.8mm
6.Ambient temperature: (15~35)ºC
7.Relative humidity: ≤85%
